How to deal with chargebacks/reversals/refunds?

ThemeHunt has a transparent Refund Policy. If our policy covers, a customer may get a refund for a sold item. Every refund request is manually reviewed by our concerned team. If we decide to award a refund to a customer, the money will be deducted from the respective author’s ThemeHunt account.

If there is a transaction fee for completing the refund/chargeback, the buyer will pay that. 

The refund policy of ThemeHunt is straightforward. A customer may be eligible to get a refund only if the item he/she purchased found completely non-functional or totally misrepresented. Our refund policy says:

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product was sent/ready to download. We can issue a refund if there is a major technical problem with a product you purchased, and the seller is unable to help resolve the matter, or if there was a misrepresentation in the product’s description.

There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations if you have changed your mind about an item, you bought an item by mistake or you can no longer access the item because it has been removed by its author from ThemeHunt Market (we advise you to download items as soon as you buy them to avoid this situation).
